1-1 DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS 🎯

We are now splitting our 1-1 boxing sessions into two categories:

• Development Sessions
• Fitness/Hybrid Sessions

In our boxing development sessions we will focus on how to improve you in every area as a boxer.

We will look at where you’re currently at, what your goals are & then we’ll assess your fundamentals & create a plan together to move forward.

Sessions are typically held outdoors in Vauxhall but we do also offer indoor sessions in Fulham at WiseFitt.

Spaces are quite limited - morning/afternoon & a few slots on the weekend are currently available.
