THE REWRITERS COMMUNUTY is a privacy-first, judgement-free zone 🚫

No posturing, no dominating. Just very clever, very curious professional women inspiring and supporting one another as they build careers and lives that work.

In the interests of confidentiality I don’t share members names or faces, but I do share their words (with their permission). The words on these tiles are how one member describes what the community means to her and who she feels it’s for.

I created this membership in response to what I was seeing with my clients and also my friends, family (and myself) – a need for more connection and community and a move away from hustle and hyper-performance.

Make no mistake though, these women are still ambitious - they’re just approaching ambition and career success from a sustainable, values-aligned, long-term viewpoint.

Still love a talk track!

Here’s me this morning prepped and ready to go with my trusty talk track in hand.

I was running a ‘LIFE PIE’ session for my members ( ) and even though I’ve run these sessions many times before, I know the content inside-out, and it’s a gorgeous group and informal setting - I still always ALWAYS prep a talk track.

I do it for all of my workshops and presentations - if I don’t, my process feels incomplete.

You can take the girl out of bids and pitching, but you can’t take bids and pitching out of the girl 📣💃🏻🦚

These words came in from a member of our community in Switzerland (we currently have members based in the UK, Europe and Australia).

‘The Rewriters Community’ is exactly what I hoped to create – space, time and structure offering accountability, support, wisdom, empathy, and joy.

Because I have a privacy-first approach, growing a group like this and bringing other women in needs to be done very carefully.

The most sensible way I could think to share what our community REALLY is (beyond the check-list of benefits) is to simply ask members to explain it in their own words 🧡

Think about a situation at work when someone said or did something that caused a strong, negative emotional response in you.
