Today I felt it’s a good time to finally share with you something that I created almost a year ago but never found the right moment to share.
I am very passionate about the self-development and self-discovery and have spent quite some time in the last couple of years reading about this topic and learning about myself by doing certain practices such as journaling and developing habits.
Thanks to this work my mindset shifted in many different ways and I got to realise a lot about myself that I probably would have not discovered other ways.
Journaling is a powerful tool that I would like to encourage you to try for yourself.
