Until you can hear your own thoughts, you cannot know the enemy within. You cannot chose a concious life.

You will repeat.

Whether good, bad or indifference.

Your brain doesn’t care. It’s built for speed, efficiency and to keep you alive. Your brain doesn’t care whether real or fantasy. It only matters is dead or alive.

You chose whether you’re living a concious life.

You chose whether you’re happy, sad or angry etc etc….

You can’t change the world but you can change yourself.

Evolution is a choice.

Chose living in alignment
Chose living in joy
Chose living a concious life

Chose growth

Or stay the same….

Either way it’s you whose living your life….

It’s full moon and energies are stirring.... not only within us but also around us.

There is much in our present realities that will be confusing, crushing and weighing us down.

Be present, be mindful.

Take time to reflect, journal, chant, meditate.... ....... gather yourself.

Accept & surrender.....

Honour your ancestors and release all obligations that mark you with low viberational energies......

Connect with the elements .... water & earth that help to soothe & ground us....

The Moon is present and charged... allow her energy to infuse you with light...

Grant yourself the peace to receive as only LOVE can heal.
