Our Story
We need good kip like we need food, water and free Wi-Fi, but we don’t think that a stylish, comfortable hotel bed should cost the earth.
We came up with the Kip concept to challenge that, by giving hand-crafted, monochrome interiors, and a range of accommodation. We’ve got a bed for everyone – from holiday-makers and work teams, through to out-of-town digital nomads and city locals.
We’re London-born, chain-free yet competitive priced accommodation, in the booming corner of North East. Although we’re ‘new kids on the block’, we know the town and want you to get to know it too.
