Complete re-wire, re-plumbing, new combination boiler with underfloor UFT heating installed, plastering, decorating, custom staircase, kitchen install, bathroom and en-suite wetroom for the master bedroom. New RSJ to create new opening for custom glass and Douglas Fir conservatory with build in AOV. Pre-install of custom fire mist system.
