Good to be back into the swing of this last week.. last week just didn’t go to plan.

Somehow, interlinked, was two nights of 3.5hrs sleep, a strained back muscle and a second degree burn to my hand 🤷‍♂️😄 you couldn’t make it up. It meant not a lot of running and who would have thought… rest might be good for you 😉

Back on it this week and 50 miles in the bag, we build again 👊

When it looks like you should be wearing shorts, t-shirt and sunglasses… my final descent of before it was stopped short.

I’d just climbed to 4500ft in icy 50mph gusts, it was freezing and I was glad to be heading down the mountain!
