.fun 💃 🪩🕺 Kata & Sasha are delighted to be sharing two workshops at 14-16th June in Suffolk. We will be leading ecstatic dance on the Saturday and guided movement on the Sunday. On 16th March - we are putting on a ✨Really Joyful Retreat✨ for the day. We took to the streets of London last Friday- singing and playing piano in St Pancras station, meditating in Liverpool St Station and doing impromptu dances around sculptures in Spitalfields. To tap into the energy of FUN in our city :) We’re on a mission to raise the vibration, and launching this with our retreat! Tickets on sale now so JOIN US for a whole day of creativity, joyful and relaxing practices, with the girls from Forgotten Fun and Ecstatic Playground. We are bringing a smorgasbord of activities, inspired from all the things we have discovered on our journeys, to make us enjoy life more, feel more ALIVE and happy. We ( human beings) are wired for social connection. At Forgotten Fun we believe that if you start with fun, everything else follows. But so often there seem to be blocks in the way of us adults having fun, sometimes there is a sense of guilt around it or it simply ends up at the bottom of the list, discarded and undervalued. Why? We're ready to change that
