This month, there has been much to celebrate about the incredible achievements and courage of women across the globe!
But sadly, women’s mental health has been disproportionately impacted during the pandemic. Employers can support female staff to thrive and prevent any reaching crisis point, where they may be forced to leave.
IWD may have now passed but we must keep working on raising awareness of gender bias for all our colleagues.
