We love other Google products, but too much power in one place isn't good for any of us.

⚠ Some changes to WhatsApp that you might want to note. Better still, switch to Signal or Telegram!

WhatsApp has changed its group settings to include “everyone” by default, which means that people you don’t know and aren't in your contact list can add you to a group. These people may include scammers, fake messages, loan Sharks, etc. You can change its default settings as follows:

1. Go to WhatsApp:
2. Go into Settings
3. Go to Account
4. Go to Privacy
5. Go to Groups
6. Change from (Everyone) to (My Contacts)
