I used to think pain was just a physical problem.

Find the tight spot, strengthen the weak spot, stretch what's stiff, get a massage or adjustment...

But then I learned something that changed everything.

Pain isn't actually an objective measure of damage. It's your brain's opinion of how much danger you're in.

And your brain is forming that opinion based on everything - your physical body, yes, but also your emotions, your past experiences, your beliefs about what's possible for you.

So if you've done all the treatments and your pain keeps coming back? You're not damaged. Your brain just still perceives threat somewhere.

Most people hyper-focus on the location of pain. They spot-treat. Back pain? Must be the back and core.

But what if the answer is actually hip mobility? Or relaxing your pelvic floor? Or addressing emotional stress patterns? Or changing your brain's opinion about danger?

Your brain's opinion matters more than you think.

If your pain keeps returning even after physio appointments and chiro sessions, or you feel like you just have to learn to live with it... maybe it's time to try something different.

The women inside SCOLIOFITNESS 2.0 are learning to change their brain's opinion about safety. And that's when everything shifts.

Want to go deeper? I have a podcast 🎙️ episode on emotional vs. physical pain that breaks down exactly how this works. DM 'PAIN' and I'll send you the link.

Then DM 'BRAIN' and let's talk about what's really going on with your pain. đź§

I used to think I just needed to do more.

More stretching, strengthening, constantly aware of my posture and form in exercises.

And… it helped. But there was always this feeling in the background — like I had to stay on top of my body or things would go right back to how they were.

That’s the part no one really talks about.

It’s not just about what you do.

It’s about how your body is organizing itself in the first place.

When that shifts… you don’t have to think about it all the time.

Things start to feel easier, more balanced and more natural.

This is exactly what I’ve built into SCOLIOFITNESS 2.0.

Enrollment is now open đź’«

If this has been your experience… I think this will make a lot of sense.

Tomorrow I'm sharing more about how this works (and why it changes everything).

👉 Link in bio for enrollment details or DM me “2.0” if you want to chat about it first

I almost didn’t post this… because of one thing I couldn’t unsee.

Looking back now, I see it completely differently.

It wasn’t really about appearance.
It was a posture pattern.

When the ribs flare and the pelvis shifts forward, the lower back usually takes on more pressure. The tissues in the back can bunch together, which can sometimes create folds like this.

That’s a big part of why I care about posture.

Not because posture needs to be “perfect.”

But because posture shows how your brain organizes your body to stay balanced. And when that changes, your body can feel completely different.

This Sunday I’m teaching a free live masterclass
where I’ll walk through this and guide you through a simple movement so you can feel it in your own body.

Comment MASTERCLASS and I’ll send you the link.
