Last night in Edinburgh, our hearts were bursting with pride as our very own Polly Logan was crowned Icons of Whisky 2026 Distillery Manager of the Year!

It's been a truly incredible journey watching Polly take the reins at Tormore Distillery. She doesn't simply manage a distillery; she has taken this sleeping giant of a distillery and breathed new, vibrant life into it, growing the team from 5 to 26 passionate people, turning it into a thriving community hub. Her vision has put quality, the team, and the community back at the heart of this stunning Speyside icon.

If you're wondering what all that hard work, community spirit, and incredible leadership tastes like... well, let's just say there are some rather special spirits maturing nicely under her watchful eye. We’re looking for a Website Manager to join our team at Elixir Distillers. Based in Park Royal, London, this is a permanent, full-time role - to lead and enhance the digital experience for our brands.

In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day performance of our websites - ensuring they reflect our craftsmanship, heritage, and our story. You’ll work closely with our creative and brand teams to bring campaigns to life online, improve user journeys, analyse performance, and help us grow our global audience of spirits lovers.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Experienced in managing brand or e-commerce websites
✔️ Confident using CMS platforms (Webflow, Umbraco, Shopify or similar)
✔️ Skilled in analytics (Google Analytics / GA4) and UX optimisation
✔️ Knowledgeable in SEO, GDPR compliance, and web best practices
✔️ Organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects
