Hello everyone! my name is James and I run SharpHorizon. I’m an artist and workshop facilitator specialising in diorama building, miniatures, model making, and creative craft using recycled materials.

I design and deliver hands on workshops for adults that introduce people to miniature world building, paper cutting, collage, and sculptural making. The sessions are relaxed, welcoming, and designed for beginners as well as people who simply want to spend time making something creative with their hands.

My workshops include guided diorama building where participants create their own small scenic world, model making sessions using recycled materials and kit bashing techniques, and paper cutting or paper sculpture sessions that explore design and craft through simple accessible materials.

I am currently looking to collaborate with community groups, arts organisations, venues, and creative spaces interested in hosting workshops. If you run a space or know a group that might enjoy creative, hands on sessions, I would love to hear from you and discuss ideas. Also I offer corporate team building events accross Greater Manchester using my skills as a workshop facilitator and 9 years of corporate training.
