Customer complained that it looks like there roof was collaspsing...they were definitely correct. After repairing the rafter work and replacing with a upvc maintenance free ceiling with downlights the customer was over the moon, all the customer requested that her and her family could see to put the key in the door on dark nights so we installed a timed p.i.r sensor to fix that, and it wouldn't look right without new gutters..
