We do love this heat, but for eggs is too hot now so we made a decision to keep them cool inside, come back Wednesday morning , temperatures will drop down and eggs will be out 🤩Thanks Harry and Elina
Hi all,
Last night, someone came to our egg house and took the money tin, thinking there was money left inside. He took some eggs for breakfast too. It’s such a shame, as we trust our community and never expected something like this to happen. If the guy who visit us last night see this post- no money is ever left in the tin overnight, and from now on the eggs will no longer be left outside overnight either.

Hi everyone,
I know Pancake Day is just around the corner, but I had to share this healthy yogurt & peanut butter cake I made using our fresh farm eggs 🥚
There’s no sugar and no white flour, but it’s still super tasty—you honestly wouldn’t believe how good it is
You’ll need:
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 8–10 dates (mashed with boiled water)
• 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
• 1/2 cup oat flour (just blend rolled oats)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• A pinch of salt
How to make it:
Pop it in the oven for 40 minutes at 185°C.
That’s it! 🤩 You can eat it warm or cold.
I served mine with caramel protein pudding (no ice cream or cream) and some blueberries, and honestly—it’s one of the healthiest and tastiest desserts ever.
