Dan Hughes, an upgrades and wayleaves Surveyor at Amsy, shares his musings on the growing prevalence (and opportunity cost) of second and third visits for what should be a one-visit job.

Prior to joining Amsy, Dan delivered telecoms projects for some of the largest network operators. Today he uses that experience to guide property owners through upgrades and wayleaves relating to phone mast towers on their land.

It's been a hectic start to the year for many, but amongst the chaos we are fortunate enough to welcome a new team member, Emily Martin.

Emily has significant customer service and sales support experience, Emily's role will consist of improving your experience and driving new sales.

Outside of Amsy Chartered Surveyors, Emily is passionate about rescue dogs, having most recently adopted a Beagle x Harrier from Bulgaria.

Yesterday the Government announced that equipment must be removed from UK by 2027.
