Hello swimmers of MASC!

Just a quick message from myself during these unfamiliar times. I can imagine everyone is finding things difficult in one way or another during this pandemic because I am too! However, something that is very important to be sticking by is controlling the controllables.

In short, this means staying on top of what you possibly can... sleep schedule, nutrition, training (as good as YOU can make it), homework etc to name but a few.

Lastly and most importantly, your attitude. It will be very easy to slip into negative thoughts through this period. Don’t worry if these come across your mind (they do to all of us), it’s how you respond that makes you different to the rest.
