Good evening, folks and a very happy Mummys and Guardians' Day!

For those of you who don't know, I am running meditation sessions again for my business, in Sherwood, Nottingham

This time with Reiki, arts and crafts, colour therapy, and lots of lovely, inclusive guided meditations.

Ticket prices for 2.5 hours of pure bliss range from £18 early bird to £24 full price, but I also have 2 for 1 tickets still if you want to grab yourself a bargain.
