The MDT technologies GmbH Universal Actuators AKU range gives integrators a flexible way to manage switching, shading and heating control within a KNX project, helping reduce complexity without limiting functionality.

Depending on the project requirements, the AKU can be used as a switch actuator, shutter actuator or heating actuator, with mixed operation also possible. That makes it a useful option for projects where different room functions need to be brought together cleanly, reliably and with fewer separate devices in the panel.

For shading applications, features such as automatic sun shading, slat adjustment and sun position calculation support a more responsive building environment. For heating, PWM control adds further flexibility.
