First half of the year at Crossover Property has been a busy and productive period, with several schemes progressing through key milestones and building a strong pipeline moving forward.

At The School House, we successfully realigned the finance structure after starting the year with both a development and equity partner in place that unfortunately fell through.

We worked closely with the lender to get the project stabilised, and it has now been successfully passed through and is ready for works to commence under the new structure.

At The Mill, we have now reached practical completion with multiple units sold, putting us in a strong position for a near-term exit from the scheme.

We also achieved practical completion on our bank conversion project, successfully exiting and delivering a profitable outcome.

At Spring Lane, we have completed the sale of one bungalow, with two remaining on site to be sold.

Alongside this, we currently have another bank conversion project in legals, which will add to the pipeline moving into the next phase of the year.

Overall, a strong first half of the year focused on delivery, problem-solving, and pushing schemes forward despite a challenging funding environment.
