Perth High Constables

When ex Moderator John Masterson died in October 1920, his coffin was carried to Wellshill Cemetery on a gun carriage, accompanied by a Guard of Honour from the Scots Greys. John, known as The Soldier's Friend, was Moderator from 1894-96.

This week, Moderator Bill Duncan escorted Provost Xander McDade and Lord Lieutenant Stephen Leckie when they visited Jackson and Elspeth Robb, who were celebrating their Diamond Wedding Anniversary. Congratulations Jackson and Elspeth.
