Care workers are responsible for meeting the requirements of the clients in a way that respects them as an individual and promotes their independence.

The support will be no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person's family.

The qualities we are looking for in our carers are;
* Self-motivated and well organised
* Emotionally intelligent
* Great communication skills (ability to speak English at least at level B1)
* Flexible
* Ability to use your own initiative
* Caring and sensitive to the needs of others
* Empathetic

Spectrum Home Care will be responsible for looking after you in the same way we would expect you to look after our clients.
