🌸 On April 5th, our IAHV Pavitra UK team hosted a heartwarming event at Om Nom restaurant, weaving together Laughter Yoga, timeless wisdom, and reflective dialogue on the important topic of menstrual health. 🌸

Together, our vibrant volunteers raised £356 to support Pavitra workshops for adolescent girls in African schools, helping empower young lives through awareness and dignity.

Guests enjoyed a soul-nourishing saatvik dinner and shared in a space filled with joy, connection, and purpose.

💬 The evening sparked powerful reflections:

“I think I’m so inspired and driven to take this project — and especially women’s health — to the forefront of the UK audience!” – Aditi Jain Pancholi

Other attendees described the night as joyful, moving, deeply connecting, and full of purpose.

A huge thank you to our passionate volunteer team — Seema Bhatia, Aditi Jain Pancholi, Dr. Payal Mehta, Ranjana Siva, and Shalini Berry — whose dedication made this event so impactful. The team is already feeling inspired to plan the next one!

✨ Let’s keep building awareness and creating safe, empowered spaces for conversations around menstrual health.
