Recently completed sandstone patio

Recent repair job where there was a leak in pipe work behind tiles and cracked shower tray we fixed the leak and used dehumidifier to dry the room out, changed ply underneath the shower tray ,installed new shower tray,laid new tiles and grout,fixed back shower ,shower enclosure and silicone around all edges.

Recently completed bathroom , complete rip out ,new moisture resistant plasterboards installed ,down lights ,extractor fan ,shaver socket,underfloor heating ,pull cord light switch moved to wall outside bathroom, mirror cabinet with lighting ,Bluetooth speakers and demister.

Annex refurbishment, opening widow space to fit a upvc door, removing part of a wall to make more space and instaling lintels to support structure above, building steps for access, new floor, skirting boards, closing off old entrance, plastering, decorating and new second fix electrics.
