IFBB pro bikini 12 years ago= Fit Model now 👙 for context here I was 113lbs at 165cm tall. Training age of about 4 years. Minimal PED use.

Why you’re not losing fat?
You’re in a calorie deficit… training hard… and still not losing fat?
This is one of the most common things I see with women.
It’s not always about “trying harder”.
After 15+ years coaching women, the issue is usually one of these:
You’ve dieted too aggressively for too long
Your recovery is poor
Stress is too high
Your body has adapted
Hormonal factors are being ignored
Most coaches will just:
👉 Lower calories further
👉 Add more cardio
That’s where things get worse.
My approach is different.
I look at:
Training
Nutrition
Recovery
Lifestyle
And where needed, blood work
Then adjust strategically.
Fat loss isn’t just about eating less — it’s about working with your body, not against it
If you feel stuck despite doing everything right, it might be time to approach things differently
