Garage conversion and double-storey extension.

This project focused on adding all the features needed to make this a forever home! The garage conversion made space for a utility. The double-storey extension allowed for an open plan kitchen-diner with a bifold door into the garden and an additional bathroom downstairs; while upstairs, an additional two bedrooms were added and an en-suite in the master bedroom.

Completed November 2023.

COMPLETED JOB: Bathroom suite - originally a bathroom with a separate toilet room.
- Removed old tiles and bathroom suite
- Plastered surfaces ready for new tiles and paint
- Fitted modern bathroom suite with a black finish
- Tiled with a lovely sage green subway tile for the bath/shower area and a Terrazzo floor tile.

UPDATE: Wantage - Single Storey Side Extension and Double Storey Side Extension.
Progress continues at pace on our Wantage project! We’ve rebuilt the porch with beautiful oak post features that add real character to the entrance. Tiling is now complete in the kitchen/diner and utility, and the kitchen has been delivered with installation already underway.
Upstairs, decking for the balcony has begun and is well underway. The transformation is really taking shape—more to come soon!
