500g shrimp
500g crab legs( if available)
300g sausage (sliced)
6-8 baby potatoes
2-3 corn pieces
3 boiled eggs
1 lemon (cut into wedges)
Seasoning
Mix: 1 tbsp Old Bay or seafood seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½½ tsp cayenne (optional) Salt & pepper Butter Sauce:
1 stick (113g) butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp seafood seasoning
Fresh parsley

Instructions
Boil the Potatoes & Corn
Boil potatoes for 10 minutes.
Add corn and boil 5 more minutes.
Cook the Sausage & Eggs
Add sliced sausage to the pot for 3 minutes. Add boiled eggs (peeled or unpeeled).
Cook the Seafood Add shrimp and crab legs. Boil 3-5 minutes until shrimp turns pink.
Drain & Season
Drain the pot.
Sprinkle seasoning mix over everything.

Make the Butter Sauce
Melt butter in a pan.
Add garlic, lemon juice, and seafood seasoning.
Stir in parsley.
Combine Pour the butter sauce over the seafood, potatoes, corn, sausage, and eggs. Mix well.
