It’s been a little while! 👋🏼
So I thought I’d reintroduce myself for anyone new around here (or anyone who’s forgotten what I do 🙃)...
I’m Emily — founder of and
I’m deeply passionate about helping women and girls build confidence, shift unhelpful patterns, and feel empowered in their minds and bodies.
I’ve been a little quiet on here, but not because things have stopped — quite the opposite.
Team Project You has still been running quietly behind the scenes, supporting our amazing clients through powerful mindset, lifestyle, and behavioural change. 💛
Right now, we’re not taking on new clients, but we may have a few spots opening in the next few weeks — so if you’ve been thinking about it, keep your eyes peeled. 👀✨
Meanwhile, The Teen Project has taken off in the most incredible way.
What started as a response to so many TPY clients saying, “I wish I’d learned this earlier,” has grown into something so needed and so impactful - helping girls step into their worth before self-doubt and body shame take hold.
Watching the growth and transformation has been honestly mind-blowing - and it’s only the beginning.
So I’ll be honest - social media hasn’t been my priority lately.
When you’re deep in the real-life work, spending hours mentoring girls, delivering sessions, or supporting women through massive mindset shifts... posting just slips down the list.
But I can feel it creeping its way back up again - and I’m excited to start sharing more of this journey with you soon. 💫

🚨 The Problem with Toxic Body Positivity 🚨
“You should just love yourself!” Sounds great, right? But what if you don’t?
Toxic body positivity can make you feel guilty for struggling with body image - like you’re failing if you don’t embrace every inch of yourself 24/7. The truth? You don’t have to love your body to respect it.
👉 Instead of forcing positivity, try body neutrality. Shift the focus from how your body looks to what it does for you. Movement, strength, energy - it all matters more than aesthetics.
💙 You don’t need to love your body to treat it with kindness. Start with acceptance.

⚖️ STOP LETTING THE SCALE RUIN YOUR DAY!
If you’ve stepped on the scale and seen an increase, take a deep breath - it’s not necessarily fat gain! Your weight fluctuates daily due to things like water retention, food in your system, and even exercise recovery.
🚨 The scale doesn’t tell the full story.
Your progress is about so much more than a number - think strength, energy, confidence, and how you feel in your body!
👉 If the number on the scale impacts your mood, it’s time to work on your relationship with it. The scale is just data, not your worth. 💕

Life update 👇
To be honest, social media hasn’t been my top priority lately, and every time I’ve come on here recently, I’ve felt a bit lost.
I’ve been splitting my time to focus on growing The Teen Project, which is evolving rapidly, and continuing to support our amazing ladies at Team Project You.
At Team Project You, we’re shifting to a space-by-space approach so that we can devote the time and attention our clients deserve, ensuring the highest quality service every step of the way.
I’m fully booked until the end of the month—with just one spot available for someone ready to elevate their health and happiness. (Pssst… you know where to go if you’re interested!)
Both organisations mean the world to me—I’m simply diversifying my focus and energy.
Over the past six months, The Teen Project has evolved into something even more profound than I ever imagined. We’re supporting girls early on—equipping them with essential life tools, building their confidence, and reinforcing their sense of worth. This proactive approach helps them navigate challenges today while laying the foundation for a resilient and thriving future.
Team Project You isn’t going anywhere! I’ve just been taking a step back from the constant pace of social media to focus more on what truly matters: helping people.
But the core of everything I do has never changed—it’s always been about helping girls and women. Whether it’s through coaching, mentoring, content, or community projects, the mission remains the same: to help girls and women transform their confidence, prioritise their mental and physical health, and create a foundation for long-term happiness.
So I will try to post more organically and share content that truly reflects what I feel passionately about—authentic moments, real stories, and the insights that inspire me every day.
