Spring Coaching - Netball

Hi All, I know I haven't posted for a very long time. Things have been incredibly busy with family and building a business. As many of you know, I used to live and sleep netball:- coaching many clubs, running courses for teachers, coaches and players, working with England Netball as an assessor and tutor for their Level 1 programme. It then all stopped. I got burnt out and decided I had to remove things from my life.

And in the last 2-3 years, I now have built up 2 businesses, one supporting young adults (Flying Start) and also TLRdynamics. Prior to setting up TLRdynamics, I was becoming accredited as a consultant in Resilient Leadership and it was with this framework that I broke through the burnout, the imposter syndrome, the lack of confidence that stress can bring you.

It was with this change in my own resilience and knowing the strengths I had and the value I brought, which helped me create programmes for other teams and individuals to support them in building, not only self-awareness and leadership muscle but also muscle in resilience.

So this is what I love doing now and I would love to support you all, wherever you in your journey with building resilience and leadership muscle. And please remember that we are all leaders, if you influence someone, then you are a leader.

Without netball in my life and the journey I went through as a player, coach and tutor, I wouldn't have the skills I have today. I just now work with individuals and teams who may not have ever been on a netball court but don't worry, I make sure they know my love for netball by the end of it!!
