What is your role:
• Safely load and recover vehicles stranded at the roadside
• Attend road traffic accidents and handle heavily damaged vehicles
• Keep your equipment in top condition and ready for action
• Provide reassurance and support to drivers in distress
• Report any vehicle and equipment defects

Who are we looking for:
• Passionate individuals with a desire to provide outstanding service
• A natural problem solver with a logical mind
• Someone who enjoys working independently but appreciates the support of a great team
• A person with excellent situational awareness and a focus on safety
• Someone with great customer service skills and able to deal with the public in a polite manner.

What you can provide to us:
• You should ideally be based within a 15 mile radius of Swindon or Hungerford
• Clean driving licence preferred with minimum 2 years driving experience
• Preferably Class C (HGV 2) driving licence but will consider 7.5T
• Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification
• Digital drivers/tachograph card
• Experience within the recovery industry is desirable but not essential as training can be provided for the right candidate
• Excellent vehicle handling skills
• Flexibility with shifts
• An eagerness and positive attitude toward learning.
• The ability to make quick decisions and think on your feet.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Shifts and Training:
• All shifts available (4 on / 4 off, Mon-Fri (days & nights) with opportunities for overtime
• Comprehensive in-house training to ensure you're confident and competent
