What an inspirational group of people doing inspirational things in an inspirational place!!

Yesterday was the best 90 Day Planning Session I have ever run or attended, and it all came down to the energy, creativity and hard work of everyone who attended.

Beginning with the end (of 2024) in mind we plotted back through the shifts required to make each of our businesses significantly different this time next year. Some of those were suggested by our fellow business owners in the paradigm-shifting peer-to-peer sessions but many were self-realisation that we actually know what to do – we have just never managed to do it. That’s where writing it down and being held accountable to that plan comes into it’s own.

Because we knew we would need some new resource in the journey, we were lucky to have Nik Plevan from e Talent take us through the challenges of (and solutions to) recruiting in 2024. Thanks for a great session Nik.

And we can’t talk about yesterday without talking about the stunning W Edinburgh Thanks to Kelly Greenhalgh and Estella Dias for setting this up and for the team on the day for heir impeccable delivery. When the venue is that stunning and all people talk about is the service, you know it’s an incredible conference and meeting experience. From a service experience, that’s the best event I have experienced – and I have been to a good few events in a good few hotels across the globe in my time.
