At , it’s important to us that we offer our team the chance to develop and progress their careers.

Over the past ten years, Ryan has worked within several different departments at Eco, helping deliver major contracts and set up processes.

He is now Project Manager at Eco Projects, overseeing projects, liaising with clients and looking after his team.

Ryan said: “I’ve taken the opportunity to develop my role at Eco, and now I can support team members in their roles in the same way that I have been supported over the years.”

At , we support and encourage active learning and progression for the younger generation through a wide range of schemes and apprenticeships.

There’s nothing more vital when coming into a new career than to be given the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge on the job.

Sophie and Lewis are two fantastic parts of who are with us on different apprenticeships.

Sophie recently passed her Level 2 Book Keeping Apprenticeship and is now on a Level 3 Accounts Assistant Apprenticeship at Carlisle College.

Lewis is part of the Eco Projects team and is currently doing an apprenticeship in Joinery and Carpentry at Dumfries and Galloway College.

They’re both fantastic additions to the team at Eco and we look forward to supporting them on their path of continued growth and learning.
