Chimney – Damp Proofing Completed
The chimney breast showed signs of damp. The affected plaster was hacked off back to brickwork, treated, and the walls have been damp proofed. The chimney remains capped and suitable ventilation has been provided. The area has been re-plastered

We completed a full plastering and boarding package across three bedrooms and one bathroom.
• Boarding Works:
• Installed moisture-resistant boards in the bathroom to provide long-lasting protection in damp and humid conditions.
• Fitted soundproof boards in designated areas to reduce noise transfer between rooms and improve overall comfort.
• Applied insulation boards to enhance energy efficiency and regulate room temperatures.
• Plastering:
• All three bedrooms and the bathroom were fully plastered, providing a smooth, high-quality finish ready for decoration.
• Care was taken to ensure sharp edges, clean corners, and a consistent surface throughout.
