Even though I am having a day off today, I just couldn't resist making some chocolate chip cookies to try out my new supply of chocolate chunks that arrived this week!!

Hubby is happy, as he's dairy free, and so are the cookies*

I have been using oat milk chocolate in my vegan cookies, but these Belgian chocolate chunks are definitely the way forward...of course I had to try one, for quality control purposes naturally 🤣....delicious 😋

Well, it might just be a bit wet out there today...but we are still out on Local to Ludlow Producers Market today.

Our little block, at the top of the market opposite the assembly rooms is looking very smart!

Jules has got her upcycled clothes and her amazing ceramics; Danielle Flowers Contemporary Craft has her fabulous wood turned jewellery and of course I have my cakes and savouries.

It's a sign I'm in Ludlow tomorrow...the weather forecast is a bit....shall we say.....damp!!

I'll still be there, and I'll still have all my usual goodies.

Yes, it's the 1st Friday of the month tomorrow and that means that I am back on Dudley St in Wolverhampton.

I have been busy in the kitchen, baking all your favourites, plus this month's is Rhubarb & Orange Loaf Cake (back this month by request!!).
