Celebrating the Full Blue Moon!

From a lymphatic warm up...to a magical Blue moon spell - we awakened our inner wolf 🐺 - helping us to speak our truth!!
With rainbow scarf tails…. We took to the ancient trails… together we howled and jumped and danced for the Blue moon magic!✨💙🌕
Followed by a mindful moment with rocks and paint or instruments if we choose….
