If you’ve been following me for IV business coaching, you know I help nurses build profitable wellness practices.
That’s still part of my work.
But there’s a story I haven’t fully shared.
While I was mentoring hundreds of nurses, I was quietly falling apart.
Exhausted but couldn’t sleep. Brain fog so bad I thought I had early dementia. Snapping at people I love. Weight gain despite ‘doing everything right.’
I saw THREE doctors. All said my labs were ‘normal.’ I was told to manage my stress and exercise more.
But no one taught me HOW.
No one explained what was happening in my body.
No one gave me the tools to actually feel better.
So I figured it out myself.
I’m a nurse with 22 years of experience, so I have the clinical knowledge.
But I’m also a woman who LIVED through perimenopause while working full-time, raising kids, and running a business.
I learned:
→ How to regulate my nervous system (the foundation everything else builds on)
→ How to eat for hormonal balance (not restriction)
→ How to move without stressing my body further
→ How to actually FUNCTION when hormones are chaotic
And now I help other women do the same.
The Coach Kimble is expanding.
I still mentor nurses building IV businesses (you’ll see that content).
But my PRIMARY mission now is helping high-functioning women over 40 who’ve been dismissed by doctors and told they’re ‘fine’ when they’re clearly NOT.
You’re not crazy.
You’re not weak.
You’re in a hormonal transition that deserves SUPPORT, not dismissal.
