Last Monday members of the funeral planning committee/Nananom from Agogo Traditional council joined me in Kumasi to pay a courtesy call on the Mayor of Kumasi ,Mr Richard Ofori Agyemang Boadi who recieved briefing on behalf of the Asante Regional Minister ,Dr.Frank Amoakohene about the passing of Nana Akuoko Sarpong, Agogomanhene and an invitation to the one week observance.
Together we serve to protect and to uphold the legacy of Nana Agogomanhene.

Earlier today we paid a courtesy call on the National President of the Ghana Bar Association Mrs.Efua Ghartey to inform her about the passing of Nana Akuoko Sarpong Esq.Agogomanhene and to invite her and the entire legal fraternity to the one week observance on the 4th of June 2026.
Mrs.Ghartey expressed her deepest condolences and made it known,she once served on a board with Nana Akuoko Sarpong and that his work ethics and leadership was unprecedented, a man so selfless and passionate about Ghana .
Late in the day at the Jubilee house the Chief of Staff of the Republic of Ghana Hon.Julious Debrah also received briefing of the passing of Nana Akuoko Sarpong on behalf of the President,H.E John Dramani Mahama and an invitation to the one week observance.
Hon.Julious Debrah expressed his heartfelt condolences on behalf of the president and also appreciate the contribution and the impact of Nana Akuoko Sarpong on the NDC party and Ghana at-large.

I honored an invitation to an executive dinner ball to celebrate the pillar of peace of His Royal Majesty Oumfuor Osei Tutu II at the Manyhia palace ,Kumasi.
This historic occasion marks 27 years of his reign on the throne.
Special guest of honor was Olu of the Warri Kingdom, Ogiame Atuwatse III and his wife
Present at the hosting were representative of President John Dramani Mahama ,Nana Oye BAMPOE Addo Deputy chief of staff and other government appointees ,former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Chancellor of the University of Cape Coast, Sir Sam Jonah, and other dignitaries.
Good Leadership is building bridges and not walls and to promote peace and stability which enhances nation building and development ,a hall mark of Asantehene Otumfuor Osei Tutu II
It was indeed a night of glitz and glam celebrating the peace and dialogue of the occupant of the golden stool Asantehene Otumfuor Osei Tutu which transcends politics.
