𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠

On Saturday, 20 June 2026, the Tema Diocesan Guild organised an impactful leadership training for all circuits and societies at St John Methodist Church, Manhean Circuit.

The training brought together officers across the diocese for capacity building and a deeper understanding of their roles. Participants were divided into four specialised groups—chairmen, secretaries, treasurers, and evangelism coordinators—where they received targeted training on best practices and the proper “Guild Ways” of leadership and administration.

It was a very fruitful and practical session that equipped the leaders with the necessary knowledge, skills, and spiritual insight to serve more effectively in their various portfolios.
