Don't let this dialog deter you from running Apps. Its a false-positive; apparently Microsoft's way of so-called fighting malicious Apps,. but this simply means the App may not be digitally signed using Microsoft's desired paid digital certificate and doesn't actually mean you are about to run a bad software.
