Role Description:
We are seeking full-time ERP Implementors to join our team in Accra in an on-site capacity. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP solutions for clients. This role involves analyzing business processes, translating requirements into system configurations, providing user training, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of ERP systems across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and customize ERP systems based on client requirements.
Analyze client business processes and recommend system improvements.
Collaborate with development and project teams to deliver ERP solutions on time and within scope.
Conduct system testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications:
Experience in ERP implementation, support, or business automation consulting.
Strong understanding of business processes such as Finance, HR, Payroll, Inventory, or Operations.
Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into system configurations.
Hands-on experience working with databases and data management is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with cloud-based ERP system and modern enterprise software tools is a plus.
Technical knowledge (e.g., SQL, Python) is an added advantage.
