1. HR LAISON OFFICER JOB DESCRITION
Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc,
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Assist in recruitment and sourcing for candidates and update our database
Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as an HR Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
• Familiarity with resume databases
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Degree in Human Resources or related field

Job Summary:
The Administrative Secretary will provide high-level clerical support to Management and other employees, performing a variety of secretarial duties and skilled tasks that may include but are not limited to preparing reports and collecting data.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Schedule candidates for interview, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ performance
• Train, supervise, and provide feedback on tasks performed by outsourced staff.
• Preparing staff engagement letters for signing
• Processing staff medical insurance cards and issuing medical fitness and police background letters to employees.
• Assisting employees through the employee onboarding processes to ensure relevant documents are completed, signed, and submitted for filing
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule travels, meetings, and appointments.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential role related knowledge, technical skills, qualifications and experience
B.Sc. Electrical/Electronics/degree/Diploma (Telecommunications) and or a related Computer Engineering Degree/Diploma
Minimum four (4) years’ experience in Data/IP networking in GSM/WCDMA environment, with at least 2 year (1) hands-on experience in Huawei, Juniper & Cisco Network equipment.
Certification in HCNA/CCNA and HCNP/CCNP
Applicant must be more than 35 years of age as at the time of this application
Technical competencies:
In depth Knowledge of Huawei, Juniper & Cisco (routers, switches, Firewalls etc…)
In depth knowledge in network system technologies (GSM, WCDMA and, IP networks, etc…)
In depth knowledge in wireless network protocols (ISUP, MAP, BSSMAP, BICC, SIP, INAP, CAMEL etc...)

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Mandated to establish an effective project quality management system.
Shall continuously improve and reduce non-compliance costs by following the principle of "customer-facing, process-based, and operation support".
Conduct project quality management based on the four phases and 16 steps of project quality management methodology.
Report project quality issues and warn risks.
Hold accountability for quality integrity and quality violations
Quality planning
· Shall ensure the acceptance process, QEHS budget, and acceptance criteria elements are recorded in DRx / DTRx.
· Acceptance risks and feasibility are evaluated in DRX.
· Ensure that the QC plan for any project has clear and quantitative standards, the sample pictures are correct, and the quality standard redline released by TD are included.
· Shall align the QC plan items among customer, Huawei, subcontractors.
· Shall ensure that project defect density tolerance of the customer interface is defined and reasonable.
Quality control
· Shall ensure 100% QC self-check done by Subcontractors on projects.
· The QA spot-check coverage 10% or higher, and no unreasonable conditions exist.
· Shall ensure that for sites where subcontracting POs have been accepted, no QC task is missing or still in progress.
· Shall fully identify defects during the QC/QA review of projects.
· Shall ensure Timely closure of issues found in QC/QA checks
· Shall ensure there is no failure in customer acceptance, No customer penalties apply due to quality reason.
Quality Assessment
· Subcontractor quality performance evaluation: The quality SCAR should not be missed or closed later than due date.
· Regularly output subcontractor quality performance and apply it to subcontracting improvement.
Requirements
· Team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills and project management skill.
· Good command of presentation and communication skills.
· Requires 3 years’ minimum of working experience in the telecommunications industry.
Must not be more than 32 years at the time of applying for this role
Education:
· A bachelor degree in computer science, electrical and electronics engineering, telecommunications or Project Management
Extra Knowledge:
· Appreciation of EHS related issues
· Knowledge in Fire safety
· Ability to differentiate between a hazard and a risk associated with an activity
