Today, we proudly celebrate the Admin and Finance Officer of Peace Network Isatou Jobe, as she takes the lead as Chair of the Interview Panel for new staff and interns.

This is more than a professional milestone, it is a powerful reminder of what happens when women are empowered, supported, and given the space to lead.

Women in administration and finance often work behind the scenes, ensuring structure, accountability, and sustainability.
