Key functions
• Accurately recording of all financial transactions on a daily base
• Preparing balance sheets
• Processing invoices
• Prepare and conduct bank reconciliation
• Recording accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Producing financial forecasts
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Dealing with payroll, expenses, and VAT
• Participating and conduct timely financial audits
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Ensure timely bank payments

• administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
• provide weekly analysis of financial income and expenditure against the profit lost account
• conduct daily collection of transfer from branches and reconcile against the opening balance
