MLS Sports Management is recruiting three (3) Volunteer Scouts to strengthen its sports talent detection team. Join a dynamic organization and help identify future sports stars!

Required Qualifications:

- Required degree: BAC+3 (or equivalent) in sports management, sports management, sports administration, or a related field.
Experience in sports scouting or sports leadership (an asset).
- Key Skills: Sense of observation, technical analysis, interpersonal skills, mobility, and rigor.
Passion for sports and knowledge of the challenges facing sports sectors.

- Main Duties:

Identify and evaluate sports talent (clubs, competitions, events).
Write detailed reports on identified profiles.
Collaborate with technical teams to optimize recruitment strategies.
Participate in on-site scouting tours.

Conditions:

Job Type: Volunteer (valuable professional experience).
Location: On-site work (frequent travel required).
Duration: To be determined based on current projects.
