We are a fast-growing company dedicated to innovation and excellence in economic consultants. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team and help manage the day-to-day operations of the company.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be the right hand to our executive team, providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Your role will be vital in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and assisting with various projects. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Assist with special projects and research as required.
• Maintain and organize office systems, including filing and database management.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
• Proficiency in written and oral English.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Bachelor's degree
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Η Μητέρα Γη προτρέπει ξεκάθαρα μια έκκληση για δράση.
Η φύση υποφέρει.
Οι ωκεανοί γεμίζουν με πλαστικό και γίνονται πιο όξινοι.
Η υπερβολική ζέστη, οι πυρκαγιές και οι πλημμύρες έχουν επηρεάσει εκατομμύρια ανθρώπους.
Η κλιματική αλλαγή, οι ανθρωπογενείς αλλαγές στη φύση καθώς και εγκλήματα που διαταράσσουν τη βιοποικιλότητα, όπως η αποψίλωση των δασών, η αλλαγή χρήσης γης, η εντατικοποίηση της γεωργίας και της κτηνοτροφίας ή το αυξανόμενο παράνομο εμπόριο άγριας ζωής, μπορούν να επιταχύνουν την ταχύτητα της καταστροφής του πλανήτη μας.
Αυτή είναι η τρίτη Ημέρα της Μητέρας Γης που γιορτάζεται στο πλαίσιο της Δεκαετίας του ΟΗΕ για την αποκατάσταση των οικοσυστημάτων.
Τα οικοσυστήματα υποστηρίζουν όλη τη ζωή στη Γη. Όσο πιο υγιή είναι τα οικοσυστήματα μας, τόσο πιο υγιής είναι ο πλανήτης - και οι άνθρωποι του. Η αποκατάσταση των κατεστραμμένων οικοσυστημάτων μας θα βοηθήσει στον τερματισμό της φτώχειας, στην καταπολέμηση της κλιματικής αλλαγής και στην πρόληψη της μαζικής εξαφάνισης. Αλλά θα τα καταφέρουμε μόνο αν όλοι συμμετέχουν.
Για αυτή τη Διεθνή Ημέρα της Μητέρας Γης, ας υπενθυμίσουμε στον εαυτό μας - περισσότερο από ποτέ - ότι χρειαζόμαστε μια στροφή προς μια πιο βιώσιμη οικονομία που λειτουργεί τόσο για τους ανθρώπους όσο και για τον πλανήτη. Ας προωθήσουμε την αρμονία με τη φύση και τη Γη. Λάβετε μέρος στο παγκόσμιο κίνημα για την αποκατάσταση του κόσμου μας!
Ας δράσουμε τώρα!
Υπάρχουν πολλές, εφικτές και αποτελεσματικές επιλογές για τη μείωση των εκπομπών αερίων του θερμοκηπίου και την προσαρμογή στην κλιματική αλλαγή που προκαλείται από τον άνθρωπο, και είναι διαθέσιμες τώρα, σύμφωνα με την τελευταία Έκθεση του ΟΗΕ για την Κλιματική Αλλαγή.
