Observe how you react to wealth, money and receiving in general.
Are you open to it or do you subconsciously sabotage it?

FOREVER • GRATEFUL | 🤍

Honouring today’s , I am taking a moment to reflect how my life has changed since I entered this path, towards my own wellness journey, towards myself.

Through physical movement, but also stillness I observe, and explore layers of myself, and through my experience I am grateful that I can share this with the world and sprinkle a little bit of the magic I’m discovering along the way.

officially entering into summer, we are enjoying longer and brighter days, warmer temperatures and star-filled skies.

It’s important to
• stay hydrated
•engage in mindful movement
•remember to rest

In Chinese medicine, summer is associated with the Fire element- the most yang in nature.
🔥
To stay balanced, it’s advisable to engage in grounding practices such as walking barefoot on grass or sand, spending time in nature, or practicing mindfulness.
👣
The organs associated with the summer season is the heart and the small intestine- so it’s key to enjoy activities that bring us joy and remember to eat light to aid our digestion.
💦
Spending time near the water to benefit from its cooling effects is also key.
💃🏼
Nourishing our creative sides, playing like we did as a child and cultivating our center of joy are also very much linked to this time of the year ☺️
