Συντήρηση και αποκατάσταση «Αρχοντικού Σταύρου Πανέρη» 1891 στο Καρλόβασι της Σάμου, σήμερα στεγάζει το ΚΑΠΗ του πρώην Δήμου Καρλοβασίων. Η μελέτη εκπονήθηκε από το γραφείο μας και η επίβλεψη έγινε από την Διεύθυνση Τεχνικών Υπηρεσιών του Δήμου Σάμου.
