At IFSAS Group, growth is never accidental. On February 6th, we made a conscious decision: pause projects, deadlines, daily operations and invest a full day in our people.

The 𝗜𝗙𝗦𝗔𝗦 𝗞𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗢𝗳𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 brought together colleagues from across Greece — Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Crete and Volos — not to review numbers alone, but to align, challenge assumptions, and shape what comes next.

Through open discussions, real-life panels from the field, the office and the regions, and honest conversations across functions, one message became clear: 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱, 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱.

We didn’t celebrate roles.
We celebrated mindsets.
We didn’t reward titles.
We rewarded contribution, collaboration and impact.

As our CEO, Leonidas Kasiapis, highlighted, sustainable growth requires more than habit. It requires conscious choices, structure, leadership and the courage to challenge “the way things have always been done.”
