Storm PTSD is a real thing and we know that many residents across the Marianas experience significant stress and anxiety, particularly those who went through Super Typhoon Yutu.
As Super Typhoon Sinlaku approaches the Marianas, we understand the level of stress and anxiety. If you feel like you cannot cope with this situation and need someone to talk too, counselors are standing by at the 988 lifeline and ready to chat.
Today we held elections on our cabinet. If you see these motivated Sailors around please congratulate them!

EXAM TIME!!!!
NBG FCPOA came in force to provide food and drink, and words of encouragement to those going in to take their 1st class advancment exams.
The Navy-Wide Advancement Exam (NWAE) is a competitive test used to determine promotion eligibility and rank order for enlisted personnel in the U.S. Navy, incorporating professional knowledge relevant to their job (rate).
