Marc Alain Boucicault ✨✊🏽

A recent graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School, Marc received his Mid-Career Master in Public Administration!

We asked Marc a few questions in reflection on his tremendous accomplishment 🙌🏽👇🏽

❓What is the most powerful lesson you learned during your journey at Harvard:
💭 “It is important to keep up with the academic rigor of Harvard but it is even more important to get to know the people around you. The networking component of a Harvard experience is crucial and its positive effects will last a lifetime.”

❓What’s one piece of advice for Black men pursuing their goals?
💭 “Start building social capital early. When you are not born with privileges, you have the responsibility to build the network that will help you sustain your dreams. Start now or keep going! You can do it!”

❓What’s next!?
💭”"From now on I have 2 main life focuses:
- Scaling the work that I have been doing as an ecosystem builder to help build, expand and support entrepreneurship ecosystems all over the world because there is enormous value in collective actions and the world needs us more than ever.
- Invest actively in transformative actions to help drive positive socio economic paths in Haiti through behavioral change, innovation, entrepreneurship and civic engagement because all the impact in the world won’t make any sense if it doesnt also happen at home in the country that gave me everything that I have.”
